Shop drawing details & documentation were used for material ordering, take-offs, fabrication & installation of Stone facade, Amenities UG-L3 , Lift Lobbies, Hotel Bars, Carved Stone Arworks.

We draw inspiration from our clients own authentic and very unique style and their clear vision help us create a bright and minimalist cafe for parents with children between 0-5, practical and cost-effective design for this multi-use cafe studio.

Various zones were designed within this white minimalist cafe studio, including a bright bar servery window that emphasises indoor-outdoor engagement , linear dining area, café bar counter with food and cake display at the front, toddler play area at the back of the café, baby zone and casual dining that can turn in party area when needed.
